FAQs

Is LenderLTD being bought out or acquired?

No. This is a name and brand identity change only. Cursive Lending remains under the same ownership and leadership. You will continue working with the same team you know today.

Why is LenderLTD becoming Cursive Lending?

Cursive Lending better reflects who we are and how we work on a national scale. The name speaks to the relationship-driven, accountable, and hands-on support we bring to every deal, from application to final signature.

Is anything changing with my Account Executive?

No. Your Account Executive is not changing as part ofthis transition. You’ll continue working with the same people and support team you rely on today.

Which mortgagee clause should be used, and how will the loan close?

The mortgagee clause and closing entity follow the lender name under which the loan was originally disclosed.

- Loans registered and initially disclosed as Lender LTD will use the Lender LTD mortgagee clause and will close as Lender LTD.
- New loans registered and initially disclosed as Cursive Lending on or after June 12, 2026, will use the Cursive Lending mortgagee clause and will close as Cursive Lending.
Use the mortgagee clause based on the property state.

All states except Oregon, Minnesota, Delaware, and California:
Stockton Mortgage Corporation d/b/a Cursive Lending
ISAOA / ATIMA
88 C. Michael Davenport Blvd
Frankfort, KY 40601

Oregon, Minnesota, and Delaware:

88 C. Michael Davenport Blvd
Frankfort, KY 40601

California:

In short, the mortgagee clause and closing entity remain consistent with the lender name reflected on the initial disclosures throughout the life of the loan.

To confirm which lender name applies to a specific loan, please review the initial disclosure package. Your AE is always available to assist if you have questions.

Do I need to update anything on my end?

Not today. Your Account Executive will share any resources, links, or updated materials you may need as the Cursive Lending identity rolls out.

Will email addresses change?

Yes. You may begin seeing emails from our new Cursive Lending domain. Messages from your existing contacts will continue to come from the same people. We recommend saving the updated email addresses once they are shared. But for now, you can continue using the same contact information you use today. If email addresses change in the future, we’ll communicate that clearly and make sure you have everything you need.

Will existing loans in process be affected?

No. Loans currently in process will continue moving forward. There is no action required from you or your borrowers because of the name change.

Will pricing, products, guidelines, or turn times change?

No. This identity change does not change our pricing structure, product offerings, underwriting guidelines, or service expectations. We remain focused on keeping your loans moving with the same level of support and follow-through.

Will my LenderLink login credentials change?

No. Your current LenderLink login credentials will not change. You can continue using the same username and password. You will notice on the new website that LenderLink is now titled “CursiveLink”.

Will the platform change?

No immediate platform changes are required as part of the name change. You can continue using the tools and processes you use today. If any updates are needed in the future, your Account Executive will communicate those clearly.
